- Please voice any dissatisfaction during your service to the technician or the manager. Changes requested after service completion will not be accepted.
- Mid-service changes after sample confirmation will incur additional removal fees, and the previously set fee will still be applied.
FIXES & RE-DO'S
- For gel polish and basic polish services, we offer a no-charge fix guarantee within 2 days of your appointment.
- For acrylic, sns, and gel x services, we offer a no-charge fix guarantee within 7 days of your appointment.
- To ensure timely and efficient service, please book an appointment with the same technician for any repair involving a specific design.
- If you’re dissatisfied at any point, please notify your technician or a manager during your visit.
Once the service is paid for and no concerns are raised during your visit or within the eligible return period, we regret that we cannot provide complimentary corrections.NO EXCEPTIONS!
